Customer Content

When you submit artwork, images, logos, text, or any design files to Premium Packaging America for printing or customization, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the full rights, licenses, and permissions to use them.

By providing such content, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all submitted materials.
  
• You are not infringing on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
  
• Your submissions do not contain any offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
  

We are not liable for user-submitted content and disclaim responsibility for any resulting legal disputes. You assume full responsibility for the quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your submitted materials.

Account Responsibility

Accessing certain services on our website may require creating a registered account. As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  
• Keep your login credentials, including passwords, secure.
  
• Accept responsibility for all actions performed under your account.

Order Placement

All orders begin with the submission of finalized specifications, artwork, or print-ready files. Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately transferred to our production team for processing.

Please ensure all details—such as dimensions, design, materials, and finishes—are reviewed carefully before submitting. After confirmation, changes cannot be guaranteed as production begins promptly.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations may be requested within specific timeframes:

• Within 4 hours of approval: Cancellation permitted with a 5% service charge.
  
• Within 24 hours of order placement: Cancellation allowed with a 50% fee to cover time and resources invested.
  
• After 24 hours: Cancellation requests may not be accommodated depending on production progress.

Proofing and Color Accuracy

We provide digital proofs for customer review prior to production. It is your responsibility to carefully inspect all aspects of the proof—including spelling, layout, fonts, images, and spacing—before granting final approval.

Please note:

• Digital screens display colors in RGB, while printing uses CMYK. Minor color variations between your screen proof and the final printed product may occur.
  
• Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. By approving the proof, you accept these industry-standard limitations.
  
  

Order Processing and Shipping

• Production turnaround begins only after final artwork approval and full payment.
  
• Shipping times vary depending on your location, chosen service, and carrier conditions.
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.
  
• While we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, Premium Packaging America does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
  

Limitation of Liability

Premium Packaging America is not liable for:

• Errors overlooked in customer-approved proofs.
  
• Unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property provided by customers.
  
• Delays caused by external factors, including carriers and natural events.
  
• Minor differences in colors, textures, or materials resulting from standard production limitations.

Governing Law

The applicable laws of the United States of America govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. jurisdiction.
